We want your Spriggo goodies to reach you quickly and without any extra cost. That’s why standard shipping is FREE for all the countries listed below.

Estimated delivery times:

• Hong Kong – ~2 business days (Hong Kong orders are shipped via SF Express)
• Singapore – ~5 business days
• Australia – ~6 business day
• United Arab Emirates – ~9 business day
• United States – ~7 business days
• United Kingdom – ~4 business days (VAT will be collected by the courier upon delivery. We know it’s a pain. Unfortunately, we can’t include VAT in our prices just yet)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Return and Refunds

We want you to love your Spriggo. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund.

Here’s how it works:

• Contact us at returns@spriggo.co within 7 days of purchase to request a return.

• We’ll refund you every dollar to your original payment method.

The fine print (because we have to):

• Applies to one used lunchbox per customer; all other items must be unused and in original condition.

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the return. Keep in mind that it might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
