Which ages are Vault Funk and Vault Pro best for?
Vault Funk is ideal for kids aged 3 to 7, or for older kids who pack lighter meals or snacks. It’s compact, easy to open, and great for smaller appetites or shorter school days.
Vault Pro is better suited for ages 5 and up, including teens and adults. It offers more capacity and includes a modular side scoop, making it perfect for longer days, heartier meals, or a more varied lunch.
Are the lunchboxes fully leakproof?
Spriggo lunchboxes are leakproof and perfect for the thick and tasty; think ranch, ketchup, chunky salsa, hummus, or veggie dips. For those watery extras, let the side scoop in Vault Pro handle the job, keeping everything tidy and stress-free!
Is Spriggo food-safe?
Absolutely. All Spriggo lunch boxes are food-safe. BPA-Free and Phthalate-free, so you can pack those lunches worry-free.
Why we don’t use foam or vacuum insulation?
We keep it simple and safe.
Vacuum and foam insulation can work well for thermoses, but they come with trade-offs: added weight, bulkier designs, and complex construction. For everyday lunch gear, especially for kids, those extras can actually get in the way. They make the product heavier, harder to open, and more difficult to clean thoroughly.
Spriggo lunchboxes use food-grade stainless steel and silicone with natural insulating properties that help maintain temperature without compromising on portability or safety. No hidden foams, no coatings that wear off, and no hard-to-reach crevices where food or moisture can get trapped.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. While we wish we could, once an order is shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Can I exchange my order for a different color or style?
Because we ship internationally, we’re unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, if your product arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll give you a refund or send you a replacement at no cost. We’ll handle everything to make the process smooth and stress-free for you. 💛
My order arrived defective or damaged. What should I do?
Ugh, so sorry to hear that. Please email our team at hello@spriggo.co with photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We'll sort it out for you right away. Just make sure to send your request within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we have all the details, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process. Thank you for your understanding and patience while we sort this out for you.
